Adiella Lewis

Biography

Adiella Lewis joined the SRC in February 2023 as a research assistant. Adiella is an economist and international trade researcher who graduated from the SRC’s Master’s in International Trade Policy Programme in 2022.

 

Her research centers around the nexus between trade and the sustainable development goals and, having completed an internship with the African Export-Import Bank, increased trade and cooperation between the Caribbean and Africa. In her capacity as research assistant, her responsibilities include conducting economic and trade policy research and assisting with the design and implementation of SRC initiatives.

 

Through her work, Adiella aims to provide governments, organizations, and other relevant authorities, with the information necessary to make informed policy decisions geared towards the sustainable economic growth and development of developing and least-developed countries such as those within the Caribbean region.
