Introduction to Investment and Arbitration Law

Course Description

This course aims to introduce students to the advanced legal principles relating to international investment law in the Commonwealth Caribbean, and to enable students to differentiate how these principles may impact upon foreign investors, home states and host states.

By situating the law in the Caribbean’s unique social and economic contexts, this course seeks to analyse key legal and ethical issues which may arise in this area.
