Biography
In November 2025, Alicia Graham was appointed Administrative Assistant at the Shirdath Ramphal Centre. Alicia brings over 20 years of experience with the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill.
Her professional interests include governance, risk, compliance and law. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Sector Management and a Master’s Degree in E-Governance for Developing States from The University of the West Indies. She is also a holder of an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Barbados Community College.
Beyond her career, Alicia is deeply committed to community service. She is an active Floor member of the St. Thomas Parish Independence Committee and holds positions on various committees of her credit unions. Additionally, she contributes her skills as Assistant Church Secretary and Alternate Synod Representative for her church’s Parochial Church Council.
